Support and maintenance services
Congratulations! Live at last! The Go-Live party is over, the consultants have gone on to the next project and what are you left with? Usually a list of issues that were not show-stoppers, but still affect the running of your business. Other smaller sub-projects of "nice-to haves" that were put to one side when the pressure to go live was on. And are you sure you are using all the features the salesman told you about?
For larger Oracle customers this is part of life and is handled by the Oracle members of their IT support. However many businesses do not want the cost of a full time Oracle expert on the payroll, or to use Oracle consultants. Of course there are the project team members but they will have gone back to their day jobs by now.
This is where we come in.
We will provide the consulting knowledge to help you through period ends, on-going issues and other smaller projects and developments. We could even take the strain during the main project by picking up the setup work, functional specification writing or any other packages of work. The difference is we can keep the cost down by performing most of the work remotely. An "Off-shore" service thats just around the corner.
We provide:
- an agreed amount of time per week/month to handle issues, queries, new developments
- contact with your consultant on site (this would usually be 1 or 2 days per week)
- contact with your consultant by email, telephone, and webcam conferencing at other times
- required local hardware and usual user software to perform all services
